2008 MMM invitation wins design award

The Delphine-designed letterpress invitation for May 2008 Monday Morning Mimosas won a Merit Award from How Magazine. The jellyfish and octopus motifs were pulled from the 2008 Delphine marine life collection, and the color scheme and patterned belly band motif were pulled from Russell+Hazel's 2008 key lime collection.

The invitations are in the mail! Many thanks to Debi of The Blooming Quill for her fantastic calligraphy skills (and her amazing turnaround time). Special thanks also goes to Harold at Smock for doing such a lovely job letterpressing the invitations. I'll wait until next week to post photos of the invitations so I don't spoil the surprise.
